A cross created by Chad Soleski. It was originally the Red Bhutlah but Chad gave seeds to Steven McLaurin who later grew a plant that produced the chocolate variety that we know today. It is a cross of the Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) and a 7 Pot Douglah. No official scoville tests have been done on it but a lot of people claim it’s hotter than the Carolina Reaper.

Very productive plant that grows gnarly looking peppers. This is the yellow phenotype that was created by Tom Kleinfelter. It’s a cross of Trinidad Douglah X Bhutlah. This pepper is a relative new and unstable. We’ve planted a Yellow T-Rex seed and got the Mustard version before. So, you never know what variation of the pepper you may get.
Created in Pennsylvania by grower Jay Weaver. It is a cross between a Ghost and a Trinidad Scorpion. It is a peach color and rated at 900,000 SHU.
Beautiful black pepper and dark foliage plant. They will ripen to a orange/lava color. It is a cross of Bhut Joloka and Pimenta De Neyde. Rated at 800,000-1,000,000 SHU
The DD in its name represents its creator, Drax Diego. Drax is an Italian grower that is known for his superhot pepper crosses. The heat of this pepper is very hot! This is the chocolate version of the Red Naga Brain which is a cross of a Red Naga and the 7 Pot Brain Strain.
Currently the hottest pepper on the market! It tested at 2.48 million SHU. Guinness Would Records has yet to confirm this though. Mike Smith, the owner of Tom Smith's Plants in the United Kingdom, is the creator of this pepper along with researchers at the University of Nottingham. It is most likely a variant of the 7 Pot Infinity pepper but not confirmed. The pods tend to have the Carolina Reaper characteristics but a little bigger.
The best of both worlds! Not as hot as a ghost pepper but isn’t a mild pepper. Created by Drax Diego by crossing a Joe's Long Cayenne with a Jay's Ghost Scorpion Chocolate.
Created by an Italian grower by crossing a Jalapeño with a Purple Tiger pepper. The plant has beautiful purple and white variegated foliage. The peppers will start almost a black color and point upwards. Once it starts to ripen red it will point downwards. They can ripen with strips. About the size of a normal Jalapeño but more sweet. An absolutely beautiful plant to grow.
Fruity with heat of around a habanero. This pepper is rumored to be related to the habanero as it was found in a Pennsylvania Amish habanero pepper field in the 90s. Rated at 125,000-325,000 SHU.
Also known as Bhut Jolokia which translates to Bhutanese Chili in Assamese. Created in Northern India. The Ghost Pepper was the 2007 Guinness World Records hottest chili but was short lived when the Trinidad Scorpion Butch T pepper in 2011 beat it. Which was surpassed in 2011 by the Carolina Reaper. Rated at 1,041,427 SHU.

Created by Ed Curry. It is the 2013 Guinness Book of World Records worlds hottest pepper and still holds that title (some are rumored to be hotter but unverified). They can reach 2,000,000-2,200,000 SHU but average heat is 1,569,300 SHU.
The chocolate version of the famous Red Carolina Reaper. It is a cross between the Red Carolina Reaper and the Chocolate Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper. It has more of an earthy taste than the red variety with the same heat. Rated at 1,500,000 to 2,200,000 SHU.
A natural variety of the Peach Carolina Reaper. It’s still a new strain and has been know to have different variations. They are much larger than the original Carolina Reaper and will ripen to a golden yellow and/or peach color.

Cross between Trinidad Hornet and Bleeding Borg 9. Has a red bleeding calyx.
This pepper was created by the New Mexico State University Chile Pepper Breeding Program in 1995. This program is known to produce different colors of the jalapeño. This is a cross of a Permagreen Bell Pepper and a Early Jalapeño. It’s very fruity compared to the regular Jalapeño.
Cross between a Moruga Scorpion and 7 Pot Primo. Created in 2015 by a Tennessee grower named Judy. It has the heat of most Scorpion pepper but less than the red variety and a more citrus taste. The 7 Pot name came from the Caribbean’s who would use one pepper to spice up 7 pots of stew. Rated at 1,000,000+ SHU.

Beautiful white variegated plant that has striped peppers. The true origins are a mystery but it became popular in the US in the 1800s in Baltimore Maryland within the African American community. It soon became the signature spice of the Chesapeake Bay with people using it to complement seafood. People used them for fish sauce and then later started to call them Fish Peppers. Rated at 5,000-30,000 SHU.

Relatively new superhot pepper that originated in the United Kingdom. It is a variant of the Naga BBG 7 pepper but does not have the bleeding calyx. Full of wrinkles and heat! Rated at 1,300,000+ SHU.
It’s origins is Italy. It was created by the Italian Pepper Lovers’ Association and was released to the public in 2015 to raise funds. The scoville is unknown but has the heat to rival any superhot pepper. They produce a bigger pod than other superhots.
Chocolate variety of the Apocalypse Scorpion pepper.
Created by the Italian food organization AIASP (Agricola Italiana Alimentare S.P.A) in 2010. In 2015 they released the seeds to the public to raise funds for their organization. They never released the parent peppers that made the cross but it’s it’s a superhot pepper that has the heat that can compare to the hottest out there. Rated at 1,500,000 SHU

A 2011/2012 creation by Jon Harper in the United Kingdom. Jon crossed a Red Moruga Scorpion and a Trinidad Yellow 7 Pot to get this variety. It has the signature bleeding calyx that the Bubblegum varieties have. Also know as the BBG7 and 7 Pot BBG.
A creation from Troy Primeaux from Louisiana. It’s a cross of a Trinidad 7 Pot and a Naga Morich. Troy’s nickname is Primo so that is where the name comes from. Known for their long skinny tails. There is some controversy with this pepper and the Carolina Reaper. We will let you research that on your own and come to your own conclusions. SHU around 1,500,000 million.
Nick Woods of England created this pepper. The original pepper cross is unknown because it is a result of unintended cross pollination in his greenhouse. It did hold the world record for the hottest chili in 2011 for two weeks. SHU around 1,100,000 million.

A natural variant of the Sugar Rush Peach pepper that ripens with stripes. It was discovered by Finland grower Jukka. It’s around the heat of a jalapeño and the plant grows pretty tall and produces a lot of peppers.
